• package/price/add-on selection;
• personalised broadband speed estimate/minimum guaranteed speed, if applicable;
• contract summary and detailed contract information, including dispatch/delivery timestamps;
• checkout/consent event;
• order ID, status changes and acceptance/decline records;
• credit-search/eligibility decision data, if applicable;
• order confirmation;
• equipment dispatch and activation/provisioning events; and
• first billing/ledger entries.

My request is focused on the transaction above. If a named record is no longer held, please tell me what relevant personal data remains and the retention position that explains its absence.
